How to restore the Pro Pack

This article shows you what are contained in the Pro Pack, and how you restore the Pro Pack once you change to a different device.
 

What's in the Pro Pack

 
  • 132 extra templates: Funky & Freeform
  • 699 Fuzel credits
  • Animated Collage tools (iOS-only)
  • Remove ads
 

NOTE: If you have bought the Pro Pack, but are missing 699 credits, please follow the steps in this article to restore your missing credits. 
 

How to restore the Pro Pack

 

If you have bought the Pro Pack before, but now has changed to a different device, please follow the steps below to restore it:

  • In the Fuzel's home screen, tap on the big banner "Pro Pack"
  • Tap on "Restore", then key in your iTunes/Google Play account & password (the same one that was used to purchase the Pro Pack previously)
  • After that, the Pro Pack should be unlocked again for free
 

If you don't see the big banner "Pro Pack", please follow the steps below instead:

  • Create a new collage
  • In the Templates screen, choose any template in either the "Funky" or "Freeform" section
  • You will be prompted to buy the "Pro Pack" again
  • Tap on "Restore", then key in your iTunes/Google Play account & password (the same one that was used to purchase the Pro Pack previously)
  • After that, the Pro Pack should be unlocked again for free 
 

Is my Pro Pack transferrable between iOS & Android?

 

Unfortunately, the Pro Pack & other in-app purchases are not transferrable between different platforms due to the technical & legal constraints imposed by Apple & Google. We hope you understand.
